Just received my iPhone back a bit a go. Y'all did a fantastic job...quick and well done! I liked the fact that I could go in to my account and check on the updates to the repair. As a request, I have only one simple benefit to be added...it is an added value to your customer service and doesn't even need to be mentioned...customers will notice and appreciate it. The simple added value? If possible, make sure the phone, iPad, & etc. are charged 100% before shipping them back. That way your customers will be up and running right out of the box and not have to worry about charging it themselves. I happened to hookup at my office so it wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to have it charged. Outside of that, I am very impressed with your service and will refer others to you and even use it again if need be. Thanks and Amazing Success for all of you and your organization!
