Note: This service in not for the newer iPod Touch which has volume controls on the side. Does your Original iPod Touch have a cracked or defective Digitizer? Don't let it get you down. Mission Repair is here to help and our Premium Digitizer Service is easy.  This service is NOT for the Second Generation iPod Touch (Which is thinner and has the volume buttons on the side). 

We make it simple for you by offering 4 levels of shipping to fit your needs.  This first thing that you'll do is choose how to get your iPod Touch to us for repair.  Here are your available options:


Our $5 option = 1 Way Ground Shipping

We offer this inexpensive option for those customers that have the ability to package, insure, and ship their iPod Touch to us directly.  Once this option is chosen, the customer takes responsibility to get the failing iPod Touch to us for repair and once we replace the Digitizer, the $5 charge covers return GROUND shipping back to the customer's location.  Click here for a printable copy of our self mail-in shipping instructions!

Our $9 option = 1 Way Overnight Shipping

We offer this inexpensive option for those customers that have the ability to package, insure, and ship their iPod Touch to us directly.  Once this option is chosen, the customer takes responsibility to get the failing iPod Touch to us for repair and once we replace the Digitizer, the $9 charge covers return OVERNIGHT shipping back to the customer's location.  Click here for a printable copy of our self mail-in shipping instructions!

Our $19 option = 3 Way Ground Shipping

This is our most popular shipping option.  Customers that want us to send out the appropriate shipping materials to their location via GROUND service.  In this shipping kit there is a return GROUND label to get the failing iPod Touch back to Mission Repair.  Once we replace the Digitizer, we then return the iPod Touch GROUND back to the customer's location.  (Note: In many cases, Ground service can be OVERNIGHT, depending on the customer's location!)

Our $29 option = 3 Way Overnight Shipping

This is our Premier shipping option for those customers that want us to send out the appropriate shipping materials to their location, OVERNIGHT.  Good for customers leaving for vacation or who need their iPod Touch back ASAP!  In this shipping kit there is a return OVERNIGHT label to get the failing iPod Touch back to Mission Repair.  Once we replace the Digitizer, we then return the iPod Touch OVERNIGHT back to the customer's location.


Once your iPod Touch arrives at our location for repair, we'll immediately receive it, replace the Digitizer, and ship it out within one business day.  Don't worry, your return tracking information will arrive in your email box that same day so you know it's on the way!
