The product arrived overnight as promised. Installation was as easy as the video made it out to be with the right tools.

received this in approx five days and was very easy to install. Home button is a little different feeling. Feels like it has two stages to it but im over that already. Overall would purchase another in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Thanks for a nice product!!

Home button sticks digitizer is not hidden |

It works but it isn't pretty. You can see the edge of the digitizer (it is hidden on original iphone hardware) and the home button stick terribly. It does work and this was better than signing on for another two years with AT&T but it leaves a lot to be desired.

Worked perfect |

I watched this video and every other one on line I could find before I started this project. I ordered the tool kit, unsure if there was some reason I couldn't use my tools at home. When the kit came, I used the screw driver provided. It was a mess and I nearly stripped the heads. I waited until I could gather my personal equipment and started over. I definitely recommend getting a high end #00 phillips screwdriver. (Recommendation - the tool kit is not a necessity.)
Otherwise, just follow the video. The video did not discuss removing the plastic on the inside of the new screen and I'm afraid some folks will believe it needs to be there. But I did pull off the interior plastic, snapped the components all back together, replaced the screws, etc. I pulled off the exterior plastic, and it looks and works perfect. It truly was a 5 minute project, even for a rookie.
By the way, I'm a 55 year old grandma. If I can do it, you can too.

Installation was easy. Just make sure to clean the side very well before you assemble it. I had dust under my iPhone screen and had to take it back apart again! Works perfectly.
