If you are unsure about how to identify your model, simply go to your desktop click on the Apple menu. Select "About This Mac", then click on "More Info...". Under the Hardware Overview menu you will see a Model Indentifier category which will indicate your model.

Nationwide, Flat-Rate shipping.  Once you choose a shipping option, that will be THE PRICE for shipping.  We offer FLAT-RATE shipping pricing on our repairs, no "ZONES" to worry about, anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.  (Alaska and Hawaii shipments are an additional 20%.) Our repair center is strategically located in the middle of the country.  This gives us the opportunity to SAVE on shipping, and we pass that savings on to you!

Flexible shipping options.  We try to offer as many shipping options to you BEFORE you decide to send a unit to us for repair.  We have 3-way OVERNIGHT shipments available (Which includes us sending you a foam-lined shipper approved box to pack your item), 3-way GROUND shipments (Which includes the SAME protective shipping box sent to you) and a self-mail in option (We always send your repaired item back OVERNIGHT).  In fact, you can save on shipping altogether and visit our store in Kansas City.  Just drop your item off with us!
