We make it simple for you by offering 3 levels of shipping to fit your needs. This first thing that you'll do is choose how to get your G4 Mac Mini to us for repair. Here are your available options:

Our $14 option
=
1 Way Ground Shipping
We offer this inexpensive option for those customers that have the ability to package, insure, and ship their Mac Mini to us directly. Once this option is chosen, the customer takes responsibility to get the failing Mac Mini to us for repair and once we receive, diagnose and repair it, the $14 charge covers GROUND shipping back to the customer's location.

Our $28 option
=
1 Way Overnight Shipping
We offer this option for those customers that have the ability to package, insure, and ship their Mac Mini to us directly and want it back quickly. Once this option is chosen, the customer takes responsibility to get the failing Mac Mini to us for repair and once we receive, diagnose and repair it, the $19 charge covers OVERNIGHT shipping back to the customer's location.

Our $49 option
= 3 Way Ground Shipping
This is our most popular shipping option. Customers that want us to send out the appropriate shipping materials to their location via GROUND service. In this shipping kit there is a return GROUND label to get the failing Mac Mini back to Mission Repair. Once we diagnose and repair it, we then return the Mac Mini GROUND back to the customer's location. (Note: In many cases, Ground service can be OVERNIGHT, depending on the customer's location!)
Our $79 option
= 3 Way Overnight Shipping
This is our Premier shipping option for those customers that want us to send out the appropriate shipping materials to their location, OVERNIGHT. Good for customers in dire need of their Mac Mini! In this shipping kit there is a return OVERNIGHT label to get the failing Mac Mini back to Mission Repair. Once we diagnose and repair it, we then return the Mac Mini OVERNIGHT back to the customer's location.
Once your G4 Mac Mini arrives at our location for repair, we'll immediately receive it, diagnose it, and call you the same day with our test results. We'll then explain our findings and give you the options for repair on your trusty G4 Mac Mini. After you approve the repair, a technician will be assigned to perform the repair and it'll be returned to you. Don't worry, your return tracking information will arrive in your email box that same day so you know it's on the way!

Nationwide, Flat-Rate shipping.
Once you choose a shipping option, that will be THE PRICE for shipping. We offer FLAT-RATE shipping pricing on our repairs, no "ZONES" to worry about, anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. (Alaska and Hawaii shipments are an additional 20%.) Our repair center is strategically located in the middle of the country. This gives us the opportunity to SAVE on shipping, and we pass that savings on to you!
Flexible shipping options.
We try to offer as many shipping options to you BEFORE you decide to send a unit to us for repair. We have 3-way OVERNIGHT shipments available (Which includes us sending you a foam-lined shipper approved box to pack your item), 3-way GROUND shipments (Which includes the SAME protective shipping box sent to you) and a self-mail in option (We always send your repaired item back OVERNIGHT). In fact, you can save on shipping altogether and visit our store in Kansas City. Just drop your item off with us!
Residential Fees.
NEVER! We DO NOT CHARGE for residential deliveries. We know that you're at home. You shouldn't pay extra to receive your repaired item at your doorstep!
Fuel Surcharges
. NEVER! We know that the cost of fuel is killing the economy. It hurts when we go the gas pumps too! As fuel prices fluctuate, so do our shipping fuel surcharges. We NEVER pass shipping fuel surcharges onto you.
Handling Fees
. NEVER! We don't "hide" profits in "handling fees". Shipping and receiving your repairs in and out of our location is our business and you can expect us to "handle" your order with professionalism and class!
Local Drop Off.
Of course. If you're located in the Kansas City area, feel free to come on by and say "hi"! We welcome local walk-in customers, no appointment necessary. In many cases, we can perform your repair while you wait!
