Our $18 option = 1 Way Overnight Shipping

We offer this faster option for those customers that have the ability to package, insure, and ship their Apple TV to us directly and want it back fast.  Once this option is chosen, the customer takes responsibility to get the failing Apple TV to us for repair and once we receive, diagnose and repair it, the $18 charge covers return OVERNIGHT shipping back to the customer's location.  Click here for a printable copy of our self mail-in shipping instructions!



When your Apple TV arrives at our location for repair, we'll immediately receive it, diagnose it, and call you the same day with our test results.  We'll then explain our findings and give you the options for repair on your trusty Apple TV.  After you approve the repair, a technician will be assigned to perform the repair and it'll be returned to you.  Don't worry, your return tracking information will arrive in your email box that same day so you know it's on the way!
