• Crashed drive due to accident.
• Slow performance, lots of "spinning wheel" time.
• Inadequate space for your files & applications.
• Frequent crashes.
• Inability to launch some applications or files.
• Loud noises coming from right front part of MacBook or left front of MacBook Pro, especially loud clicks.
• Drive which indicates errors when Disk Utility is run.
• Flashing folder icon upon startup of computer.
• Computer which will not boot.

Our signature service includes:

• Installation of quality new hard drive.
• Analysis of old hard drive.
• Cloning of old hard drive & all data on previous drive where possible.
• Reconstruction of new drive so that you can get up and running quickly!
• For a small fee, we can even mount your old drive into an external enclosure to use as a backup drive. (Portable USB enclosure)

Please note: If your old hard drive has suffered severe mechanical failure, or is overly corrupted - data retrieval may not be possible. So be sure to keep your valuable data backed up! It is the only way to insure that you are protected.

Nationwide, Flat-Rate shipping.  Once you choose a shipping option, that will be THE PRICE for shipping.  We offer FLAT-RATE shipping pricing on our repairs, no "ZONES" to worry about, anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.  (Alaska and Hawaii shipments are an additional 20%.) Our repair center is strategically located in the middle of the country.  This gives us the opportunity to SAVE on shipping, and we pass that savings on to you!

Flexible shipping options.  We try to offer as many shipping options to you BEFORE you decide to send a unit to us for repair.  We have 3-way OVERNIGHT shipments available (Which includes us sending you a foam-lined shipper approved box to pack your item), 3-way GROUND shipments (Which includes the SAME protective shipping box sent to you) and a self-mail in option (We always send your repaired item back OVERNIGHT).  In fact, you can save on shipping altogether and visit our store in Kansas City.  Just drop your item off with us!

Residential Fees.  NEVER!  We DO NOT CHARGE for residential deliveries.  We know that you're at home.  You shouldn't pay extra to receive your repaired item at your doorstep!

Fuel Surcharges.  NEVER!  We know that the cost of fuel is killing the economy.  It hurts when we go the gas pumps too!  As fuel prices fluctuate, so do our shipping fuel surcharges.  We NEVER pass shipping fuel surcharges onto you. 

Handling Fees.  NEVER!  We don't "hide" profits in "handling fees".  Shipping and receiving your repairs in and out of our location is our business and you can expect us to "handle" your order with professionalism and class!

Local Drop Off.  Of course.  If you're located in the Kansas City area, feel free to come on by and say "hi"!  We welcome local walk-in customers, no appointment necessary.  In many cases, we can perform your repair while you wait!  Click here for our address and a map!

We have many stated warranties available for various repair types.  Other than the length of the warranty, they are all identical and we treat warranty claims with the highest priority.  If you purchased an item through Mission Repair and it fails under it's warranty period whether we performed the installation or not, we'll make it right!
